We welcome school and educational groups to the Heritage Visitor Centre, which offers an educational experience for all ages into the local industries of Maryport and the fascinating history of it's town and harbour.

The Heritage Visitor Centre features interactive displays journeying through Maryport's past and promoting attractions in the town and areas of special interest. Learn about Ship Building in the town and Maryport's links with the ill fated Titanic!

We have ample space for your group to work in. Our education pack is currently under development but teaching staff are encouraged to come and have a complimentary familiarisation visit before making a booking.

There is lots to see and do in Maryport so why not make a day of it?
